Our family-run hotel and restaurant Michaelishof is already over 150 years old and our concern is to make the old romance shine in a contemporary light. Our house welcomes you not only with warm hospitality, but also with culinary delights from the heath.

Location
The Michaelishof is located in the peaceful village of Offen about 3 km south of Bergen on the main road 3. The old town still has some old farms, mostly under high old oak trees. The nearest attractions are the memorial Bergen-Belsen (10 minutes) and the historic old town of Celle (15 minutes), the nearest heathland are about 20 minutes away.
The amusement parks of the region such as the Heidepark can be reached within 30 minutes or the bird park Walsrode within 45 minutes by car.
For hikers and cyclists, the wonderful heather panorama is only a few kilometers away. Hiking or cycling tickets are of course available at the reception.

Our 3 star hotel offers you 27 double rooms (also for single occupancy) with different equipment, from the standard standard double room to the comfort double room with whirlpool, as well as 2 apartments.
The rustic coziness of the old half-timbering is also partly found inside the house. Our aim is to integrate as much of the old charm as possible into the modern age.
In addition to our cozy restaurant is available in the summer and a sunny terrace.
The Michaelishof has three function rooms for up to 80 people, which are suitable for any kind of family celebration and their functionality for meetings and seminars.
A large open space under old trees is suitable in summer for outdoor parties.

All our hotel rooms are equipped with shower and toilet, hairdryer, television and telephone, Wi-Fi is available to our guests free of charge.
The comfort rooms have a bathtub or a jacuzzi.
Both apartments are equipped with a full kitchen, so that a self-sufficiency is possible.
Of course, pets are just as welcome to us.

The regional and seasonal dishes of the Michaelishofküche are always freshly prepared for you and offer a lot of variety due to seasonal changing menus.
Regular culinary actions complete our offer.
When booking one of our hotel rooms, the extensive breakfast buffet is already included as "good in the day starter", of course, but it is also possible to book half or full board. For your day tour, we will gladly pack a packed lunch on request.
Also for any intolerances such as lactose intolerance and gluten intolerance, we have delicious choices and our kitchen team is always happy to meet your challenges.
