The medium-length tour comprises 11.2 km and includes the highlights of the short tour. Starting at the Loensstein Memorial, the hike runs through fields and alongside woodlands towards Bonstorf until it reaches the burial mound field to the east of Bonstorf. The Elfenberg, or Fairy Hill, is located on the outskirts of the village. The trail continues towards Wietzer Berg, passes Hohenbackeberg and then joins the short tour: it continues through the heath and then on through pine forests to Lindestein and the Fritz-Flebbe-Stein memorial. Then on through Mueden until the trail branches off just in front of the Wildpark and returns through the fields of Wietzenfeld to the car park at Wietzer Berg.

The car park "Am Lönsstein" is situated on the L 240 between Hermannsburg and Mueden (Oertze). It is approximately 1.5 km outside of Mueden (Oertze) on the right-hand side.
