In our restaurant we serve traditional regional dishes. We endeavour to obtain our products fresh from local suppliers. You may taste different German moorland sheep dishes from our regional suppliers from Niederohe or Jeversen. Moreover you can enjoy trouts which have been catched in the "Aschauteiche" near Eschede. Our fried potato dishes are very popular among our guests and simply belong to the traditional Heidjer cuisine. Our season matching menu will offer something for every gourmet.

The rooms of our restaurant are tastefully designed and offer the right setting for your family party or your company celebration. You can enjoy our delicious a-la-carte dishes in a friendly atmosphere along with you friends and family.

If you are travelling with your camper van or caravan around the heath, we do recommend to participate at our sumptuous breakfast buffet. Just give us a short notice of your visit and you can already have a feast in the morning.

Our hotel is also easy-accessible for wheel chair users.
