The hilly and challenging hiking tour takes you on quiet paths through the
extensive forest area of the Schwarze Berge.
The undulating landscape with deep hollows was created during the ice age. Erratic
boulders from Scandinavia can be found everywhere along the way. A particularly
impressive specimen is the Karlstein.
Your hike will also take you to the Erratic Boulder Trail at Großmoddereiche,
where you can learn about the history and geology of these boulders. For families,
nature and culture enthusiasts, the tour offers two special destinations, Schwarze Berge Wildpark and Kiekeberg Open-air Museum.
