Our light-flooded, very openly designed, 70 sqm studio apartment in Mediterranean style, is wonderfully quiet on the outskirts of Bröckel, - a rural district of Wienhausen - and is equipped with all comforts.
The apartment is designed for 4 persons. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a cosy dining area.
The inviting living area with sofas, flat screen TV and writing corner leaves nothing to be desired. This includes a modern bathroom with washbasin, shower and WC.
Have breakfast on the small balcony and enjoy the beautiful view. Let yourself be enchanted by our garden with its small pond and enjoy the clear air, the chirping of the crickets and the concert of the frogs in the deckchair.

Bröckel, with its beautiful historic farms and scenic surroundings, has developed into a small colony of artists in recent years, and the Flotart art festival is known far beyond the borders of the region. You can reach the "Klosterdorf Wienhausen" 9 km away by bike or of course by car. The historic monastery village of Wienhausen with its magnificent half-timbered facades invites you to dream over a cup of coffee or a home-brewed beer, you can quickly forget the time here.
